Undoubtedly, making young minds work with baby boomers is the best situation for creating trouble and at times even animosity. Although the article provides a wide variety of changes one can make in his/ her attitude, yet these steps appear appropriate merely on a superficial level. The reason is because the article does not provide any detail regarding how to ease the already existing tension between two individuals. One cannot bond with a colleague and start fresh until they have dealt with their issues in a mature manner by confronting one another. Genuine efforts at having a peaceful communication to resolve prior issues is a highly mature yet the most challenging task for many.
