Dry weather persists, light rain likely in some areas
ISLAMABAD— Pakistan Meteorological Department on Saturday forecast dry weather in most areas of the countries during next two days. However, light rain with thunderstorm is expected in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Malakand, Hazara, Kohat, Bannu, Peshawar divisions, Kashmir & GilgitBaltistan and Hazara Divisions during next 24 hours.
According to the Met office‚ temperature recorded on Saturday morning in Islamabad was 14 degree centigrade‚ Lahore 17‚ Karachi 24‚ Peshawar 19‚ Quetta 8‚ Gilgit 12‚ Murree 11 and Muzaffarabad 13 degree centi- grade. The Multan Met office has forecast partly cloudy weather for the city and its suburbs during the next 24 hours. On Saturday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded as 26.4 and 13.0 degrees centigrade, respectively.
Humidity was recorded as 89 percent at 8 a.m. and 39 percent at 5 p.m. Fair/partly cloudy weather.—APP
