Dry weather per­sists, light rain likely in some ar­eas

IS­LAM­ABAD— Pak­istan Me­te­o­ro­log­i­cal De­part­ment on Satur­day forecast dry weather in most ar­eas of the coun­tries dur­ing next two days. How­ever, light rain with thun­der­storm is ex­pected in Is­lam­abad, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Malakand, Hazara, Ko­hat, Bannu, Pe­shawar di­vi­sions, Kash­mir & Gil­gitBaltistan and Hazara Di­vi­sions dur­ing next 24 hours.

Ac­cord­ing to the Met of­fice‚ tem­per­a­ture recorded on Satur­day morn­ing in Is­lam­abad was 14 de­gree centi­grade‚ La­hore 17‚ Karachi 24‚ Pe­shawar 19‚ Quetta 8‚ Gil­git 12‚ Mur­ree 11 and Muzaf­farabad 13 de­gree centi- grade. The Multan Met of­fice has forecast partly cloudy weather for the city and its sub­urbs dur­ing the next 24 hours. On Satur­day, the max­i­mum and min­i­mum tem­per­a­tures were recorded as 26.4 and 13.0 de­grees centi­grade, re­spec­tively.

Hu­mid­ity was recorded as 89 per­cent at 8 a.m. and 39 per­cent at 5 p.m. Fair/partly cloudy weather.—APP
