KP po­lice pa­tri­o­tism sto­ries bright chap­ter of his­tory: CM

Khy­ber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Min­is­ter Pervez Khat­tak has said that the sac­ri­fices of KP Po­lice for pro­tec­tion to the peo­ple and preven­tion of ter­ror­ism and crimes are un­for­get­table.

He said that po­lice has carved a new his­tory of the brav­ery and spirit of sac­ri­fices for the sal­va­tion of the coun­try and na­tion. Such new sto­ries of pa­tri­o­tism have be­come bright chap­ter of the his­tory which would be writ­ten in golden words by the his­to­ri­ans of the fu­ture.

He ex­pressed th­ese views dur­ing his visit to Ma­lik Saad Memo­rial Sports’ Trust in Pe­shawar. Dur­ing the visit, Se­nior Min­is­ter for Health Shahram Khan Tarakai, Pro- vin­cial Min­is­ter for Pub­lic Health Shah Far­man, Provin­cial Min­is­ter for Ed­u­ca­tion Mo­ham­mad Atif Khan and In­spec­tor Gen­eral of Po­lice Nasir Khan Dur­rani also ac­com­pa­nied him. Speak­ing on the oc­ca­sion, the chief min­is­ter said that martyrs like Ma­lik Saad are our great na­tional he­roes and es­tab­lish­ment of wel­fare or­ga­ni­za­tions after their names is also great na­tional ser­vice. On ar­rival on the trust, the trus­tees warmly wel­comed the chief min­is­ter.

On this oc­ca­sion, the Sec­re­tary of the Trust and Sport Writer Am­jad Aziz Ma­lik said that the ba­sic pur­pose of the es­tab­lish­ment of the Trust after the name of Sha­heed DIG Ma­lik Saad is the pro­vi­sion of ser­vices in sports, ed­u­ca­tion and health sec­tors in the prov­ince.
