KP police patriotism stories bright chapter of history: CM
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has said that the sacrifices of KP Police for protection to the people and prevention of terrorism and crimes are unforgettable.
He said that police has carved a new history of the bravery and spirit of sacrifices for the salvation of the country and nation. Such new stories of patriotism have become bright chapter of the history which would be written in golden words by the historians of the future.
He expressed these views during his visit to Malik Saad Memorial Sports’ Trust in Peshawar. During the visit, Senior Minister for Health Shahram Khan Tarakai, Pro- vincial Minister for Public Health Shah Farman, Provincial Minister for Education Mohammad Atif Khan and Inspector General of Police Nasir Khan Durrani also accompanied him. Speaking on the occasion, the chief minister said that martyrs like Malik Saad are our great national heroes and establishment of welfare organizations after their names is also great national service. On arrival on the trust, the trustees warmly welcomed the chief minister.
On this occasion, the Secretary of the Trust and Sport Writer Amjad Aziz Malik said that the basic purpose of the establishment of the Trust after the name of Shaheed DIG Malik Saad is the provision of services in sports, education and health sectors in the province.
