Sh. Rashid asked to vacate illegally held property
Chairman, Evacuee Trust Property Board, Siddique ul Farooq has urged Awami Muslim League chief, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed to end his illegal possession of property annexed with Lal Haveli comprising a hall and six rooms.
In reply to Sheikh Rashid’s statement on Saturday, Siddique ul Farooq said that if AML chief did not vacate the property then he himself would stage a sit-in, in front of Lal Haveli.
He said that the property was occupied during the government of General (Rtd) Pervez Musharraf.
The chairman ETPB clarified that the Trust had nothing to do with Lal Haveli and his property No D-158. The details of the illegally occupied property of ETPB had already been published in newspapers —INP
