These recommendations include the election of the chairman and vice-chairmen of the newly-established organization based in Astana, nominations for membership of the Executive Board and candidacies for the post of Director General of the IOFS Secretariat, the budget of the IOFS Secretariat for the period 2016-2018, the examination of the Rules of Procedure and Financial and Personnel Regulations and the Five-year Action Plan.
