Sci­en­tific re­search in health sec­tor need of the hour

—Khy­ber Pakhtunkhwa Se­nior Min­is­ter for Health, Shahram Khan Tarakai has said that sci­en­tific re­search in the field of health is a dire need of the hour and urged upon the stu­dents and academia of med­i­cal ed­u­ca­tion to fo­cus more and more on sci­en­tific re­search to pro­mote re­search cul­ture in the province adding that the pro­vin­cial gov­ern­ment will not en­cour­age re­search ac­tiv­i­ties but will also pro­vide all out sup­port for re­search ac­tiv­i­ties.

“We have put the health­care ser­vice de­liv­ery sys­tem of the province on the right track and things are get­ting im­proved day by day, Shahram Khan claimed and added that due to the revolutionary mea­sures of this gov­ern­ment in the health sec­tor, highly qual­i­fied doc­tors of the province work­ing abroad are now com­ing back to join the sys­tem and serve their peo­ple.
