ISLAMABAD— Further to suspension of order by the division bench of the Islamabad High court against the judgment of single bench dated 27.04.2016, whereby a direction was given to the police authorities for registration of FIR against doctors of Islamabad namely, Major ( R) Dr Rizwan Uppal, Dr Naushaba and Dr Shamsa Rizwan by single bench of Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqi.

When our reporter spoke to Dr. Rizwan Uppal, he said the matter is in IHC and he wouldnot say anything extra. Few of the open facts are as follows. Before coming to IDC, the lady Arooj Nisasr wife of Major Raja Nisar Ahmed Khan, was already under treatment in other Hospitals ( Ali Hospital and Family Health Hospital in I- 10, Islamabad, where she was…

Diagnosed by Dr Sara Gynecologist to be a case or ‘ Reputed Ectopic Pregnancy’. It was reconfirmed by another Doctor Radiologist Dr Saadia, from same hospital that she had ‘ Reputed ectopic pregnancy’.

Dr Noshaba Radiologist was third doctor who did not mention ruptured Ectopic but raised suspicion of Ectopic on radiological and clinical findings combined. The complainant never took any injection as advised second Hospital, ( Ali Hospital).

There is no advice by any doctor for any tablet allegedly taken by complainant Arooj Nisar. In a review report by IDC on 26th, after one week, her normal pregnancy was confirmed by her pregnancy enzymes were raised.

Dr Rizwan neither was her doctor nor advised her any treatment and IDC and Dr Noshaba are a diagnostic service provider and not a hospital. The kind and sympathetic approach rendered by Dr Rizwan and Dr Noshaba were secretly recorded by the lady, hiding the other treatments and previous record for this case from various forums, courts of law and IHC which speaks of her ill intent.
