Two model seminaries being set up
ISLAMABAD—Two more model seminaries branches will be established in Sukkar and Karachi for imparting religious, contemporary and technical education among the students, Chairman Pakistan Mardasah Education Board (PMEB) Dr Aamir Tauseen said Sunday.
Talking to teachers, students and employees of Model Madaris, Sukkar, Karachi, he said the teachers of three model mercenaries of Islamabad, Karachi and Sukkar would be imparted state of the art teaching courses to enable them to impart quality teaching among the students of model mercenaries, being run by PMEB in collaboration with Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony.
The vocational training would be made necessary for the students of model madaris. The talented students of mercenaries would be conferred with scholarships, he said adding that activating PMEB is need of the hour. English and Arabic language courses will be started in model Madari.—APP
