Marvi Me­mon takes calls of BISP ben­e­fi­cia­ries on Ra­dio

IS­LAM­ABAD—The gov­ern­ment be­lieves in reach­ing to the doorsteps of the pub­lic as it is a sa­cred re­spon­si­bil­ity to serve the peo­ple. This was stated by Min­is­ter of State and Chair­per­son BISP Marvi Me­mon dur­ing a live in­ter­ac­tion with callers on Ra­dio Pak­istan from all over Pak­istan.

On the di­rec­tions of Prime Min­is­ter Nawaz Sharif and Fi­nance Min­is­ter Se­na­tor Ishaq Dar, Chair­per­son BISP goes live on Ra­dio Pak­istan ev­ery Fri­day along with Case Man­age­ment Spe­cial­ist Ah­mer Athar, an of­fi­cial of BISP told APP.

BISP ben­e­fi­cia­ries from all the prov­inces in­clud­ing FATA, Gil­git-Baltistan and Kash­mir in­form Chair­per­son about their griev­ances and dis­cuss their prob­lems. The is­sues of ben­e­fi­cia­ries are re­solved on spot through case man­age­ment sys­tem. Till date, Chair­per­son BISP has at­tended five such live call ses­sions from Is­lam­abad, one from Chi­tral and one from Ba­hawalpur and a large num­ber of com­plaints have been re­dressed.—APP
