Qureshi Club qual­i­fies for semi-fi­nal in APCT

MUL­TAN—Qureshi Cricket Club has qual­i­fied for semi-fi­nal in 57th All Pakistan Cricket Tour­na­ment (APCT) or­ga­nized by Mul­tan Cricket Club.

The quar­ter fi­nal match was played be­tween Qureshi Cricket Club and Gymkhana Club Kot Sul­tan at MCC ground here on Thurs­day.

Play­ing first, Gymkhana Club scored 292 runs for the lost of six wick­ets as Nasir made 105 runs and Taimoor 53.

Qureshi Cricket Club chased the tar­get for the lost of three wick­ets as Kam­ran Hus­sain scored 110 runs and Moinud Din made 92 runs.

Mean­while, Gov­ern­ment Emer­son Col­lege qual­i­fied for fi­nal by de­feat­ing Govt Col­lege of Com­merce Khanewal in BZU In­ter-col­le­giate Cricket Tour­na­ment 2015-16.—APP
