Lopsided priorities?

Pakistan Observer - - OPINION - KHALIFA ARMAN

It is undeniable that Pakistan is confronting manifold issues which are awaiting urgent need to solve them but unfortunately giving many priorities to the epic projects which are not as essential as some in fact issues are there like poverty stricken which is in fact our gigantic woe. More than 40 per cent in the country live below the poverty line.

In addition, extremism, child abuse, massacre, kidnapping, rapes, corruption, and other gargantuan issues are there which are to be solved but our politicians have no will to address these issues. They give priorities to mega projects to earn commissions. I ask the readers, what is much better for uplift of the country? — Via email
