CEO Pesco in­au­gu­rates new 132KV feed­ers

PE­SHAWAR—Chief Ex­ec­u­tive PESCO An­war Ul Haq Yousafzai has in­au­gu­rated larger power trans­form­ers in 132KV Swabi and 132KV Hus­sai Grid Sta­tions. Ac­cord­ing to de­tails CEO Pesco in­au­gu­rated 40 MVA power trans­former with a cost of Rs 65 mil­lion at 132 KV Swabi Grid Sta­tion and 20/26 MVA power trans­former at 132 KV Hus­sai Grid Sta­tion with a cost of Rs 70 mil­lion. With the en­er­giza­tion of these power trans­form­ers com­plaints of low volt­age, trip­ping and fre­quent power break­downs will be re­dressed. El­ders of these ar­eas hailed the ef­forts of CEO Pesco and ex­tend their full sup­port and co­op­er­a­tion to Pesco.

On this oc­ca­sion, An­war Ul Haq Yousafzai said that elec­tric­ity dis­tri­bu­tion sys­tem is be­ing im­proved through­out the prov­ince. In this con­nec­tion some Grid Sta­tions have been up graded and larger and more pow­er­ful trans­former has been in­stalled in these grid sta­tions. Sim­i­larly sev­eral over loaded 11KV feed­ers has been bi­fur­cated to over­come low volt­age and power break downs.
