Hot, dry weather likely in plains

ISLAMABAD—Mainly hot and dry weather is likely in plain ar­eas of the coun­try dur­ing the day time. How­ever, rain and thun­der­storm with gusty winds is ex­pected in dif­fer­ent places of Islamabad, Bahawalpur, Sar­godha, Faisal­abad, Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Mar­dan, Ko­hat, Dera Is­mail Khan di­vi­sions, while at iso­lated places in Mul­tan, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Quetta, Zhob, Kalat, Sukkur and Larkana. Mean­while, Karachi Met Of­fice fore­cast mostly sunny weather in the me­trop­o­lis dur­ing the next 24 hours.

It said the max­i­mum tem­per­a­ture is ex­pected to re­main in the range between 34 to 36 de­grees centi­grade. The weather re­port said that hot or very hot and dry weather is likely to pre­vail over most parts of Sindh.Hot and hu­mid con­di­tions may pre­vail along with coast.

The Mul­tan Met of­fice has fore­cast partly cloudy weather with chances of dust rais­ing wind and light rain for the city and its sub­urbs dur­ing the next 24 hours.
