Op­po­si­tion opts for pol­i­tics of con­fronta­tion

ISLAMABAD— Min­is­ter for States and Fron­tier Re­gions (SAFRON) Lt Gen­eral (R) Ab­dul Qadir Baloch has said that the Op­po­si­tion had opted for pol­i­tics of con­fronta­tion which may ham­per the process of the progress in the coun­try. Talk­ing to a pri­vate news chan­nel, he said the Op­po­si­tion was not in­ter­ested in any in­ves­ti­ga­tion, and only wanted to have po­lit­i­cal gains due to the issue. To a ques­tion he said, PTI had been mak­ing dif­fer­ent de­mands ev­ery now and then as its chair­man has re­cently de­manded the govern­ment to in­volve Na­tional Ac­count­abil­ity Bu­reau (NAB) to in­ves­ti­gate Panama Leaks issue.
