There is no threat to PPP in Sindh: Chan­dio

BADIN—The ad­vi­sor to chief min­is­ter of Sindh, Moula Bux Chan­dio, ad­dress­ing party con­ven­tion in Cir­cuit House here on Sun­day, said that there was no threat to PPP in Sindh and in the whole coun­try.

He claimed that PPP would be in po­si­tion a to form gov­ern­ments both in Sindh and Cen­ter af­ter next elec­tions. He said Prime Min­is­ter Mian Mo­ham­mad Sharif was fac­ing the trou­bles ow­ing to the ill ad­vices of his ad­vi­sors.

Mr. Chan­dio said that he ad­vised PM to come to Na­tional As­sem­bly to take the na­tion into the con­fi­dence re­gard­ing Panama Papers as soon as pos­si­ble. He ob­served that the Sindh gov­ern­ment had ear­lier ex­pressed its reser­va­tions on the de­ploy­ment of Rangers and spe­cial pow­ers in Karachi.

He said presently Rangers and Sindh po­lice had done great job in pro­vid­ing peace to trou­bled Karachi.

The law and or­der sit­u­a­tion has im­proved with col­lab­o­ra­tive ef­forts of Rangers and Sindh Po­lice. Chan­dio re­it­er­ated that Sindh gov­ern­ment was do­ing the best work in Thar adding he said there was drought in Thar but me­dia was cre­at­ing hype.

The Se­nior Sindh Min­is­ter Nisar Ahmed Khuhro said that PPP was be­ing trans­formed into the new phase on the di­rec­tions of party chair­man, adding he claimed true, com­mit­ted, young and en­er­getic work­ers would be given the re­spon­si­bil­ity to run the party af­fairs.

Syed Mu­rad Ali Shah, MNA, Nafisa Shah, Dr. Sikander Ali Mandhro, Rashid Rab­bani and others were also present on the oc­ca­sion.
