This is bad for country

Pakistan Observer - - OPINION - HASHIM ABRO

Keeping in view the past political confrontations on some monumental issues and also on non-issues, even a man in the street can easily conclude what’s going to happen in Pakistan. But there’s certainly too much political uncertainty in the country at the moment. And the tone and tempo, both in camera and out of camera, I mean, off the record, of incumbent rulers is increasingly confrontational and populist, which never turns out to be a good thing. Erratic politicians, bureaucrats and technocrats are running rampage.

This is indeed, bad for the country, countrymen and our institutions. Rulers must exhibit patience and strive for solution, of sorts, as we see, read and hear in other civilized and democratic societies around the globe.
