Pakistan Observer - - INTERNATIONAL - STAFF REPORTER

ISLAMABAD—Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan has stated that the revelations made in the Panama Leaks are of global scope, further suggesting that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif should resign until investigation of the matter is complete.

Addressing a press conference, Khan said that the Panama Leaks did not target any specific individual. Khan said that the Premier also presented wrong facts before the Election Commission.

Meanwhile, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa former Governor Iftikhar Hussain Shah announced to join PTI during the press conference.

Imran Khan further said that this is a wonderful opportunity for the country to do accountability against those involved in wrongdoings. He said that the matter would not have prolonged if PM Nawaz would have given answers to four questions.

He also mocked Jamiat Ulema-e-Insaf-F leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman by stating that he travels with Nawaz Sharif in his public gatherings and also makes announcements regarding inauguration of new airports with him as well.

He said that the opposition’s committee is formulating the Terms of References of the commission that probes into the Panama Leaks issue, adding that the commission will be led by Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

He also said that the Bar Association and lawyers say should also be considered regarding the issue and that their ToRs should also be included along with the other ones.
