Drama ‘Pak­istan Zind­abad’ staged at RAC

RAWALPINDI—A the­atri­cal per­for­mance with the name of ‘Pak­istan Zind­abad’ was staged un­der aus­pices of Rawalpindi Arts Coun­cil. The play was writ­ten and di­rected by Is­mael Basheer which was based on pa­tri­o­tism. Mem­ber Na­tional As­sem­bly Tahira Au­rangzeb was the chief guest on the oc­ca­sion flanked by Na­heed Man­zoor and Res­i­dent Di­rec­tor RAC Waqar Ahmed.

Tahira Au­rangzeb said that ev­ery Pak­istani has love for the coun­try, there are few seg­ments that had played at the hands of en­emy, but our se­cu­rity forces are fully pre­pared to de­feat their ne­far­i­ous de­signs.

Res­i­dent Di­rec­tor RAC Waqar Ahmed con­grat­u­lated Is­mael Basheer and his team for stag­ing such a play.—APP
