IHK JI calls for revival of social moral values
RAJOURI (IHK)—A two-day long annual conference of the Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Alami Conference culminated with the holding of a blood-donation camp at Sports Stadium Rajouri Monday. As per details, thousands of activists of Jamaat took part in the conference that had started on Saturday.
A number of noted religious scholars and Jamat activists including Ameer Jamat Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, Ghulam Qadir Lone, Dr. Abdul Hamid Fayaz, Gazi Mohin Islam Nadvi, Mohammad Ramzan, Adv Zahid Ali, Ameer Mohammad Shamsi and Nazir Ahmed Raina addressed the conference.
The scholars termed the loss of moral values among human beings as a grave threat for humanity and made the people aware about various social crimes including drugs menace.
“Every human should follow the teachings of religion as religion teaches us the right values”, said one of the speakers. The scholars urged people to inculcate religious and moral values among their children “which is must for society and humanity”.
Meanwhile, a blood donation camp was also organised as part of the conference in which at least forty units of blood were donated to the health department for use in future.—GK
