SHC or­ders IG to re­cover miss­ing KDA di­rec­tor

KARACHI—The Sindh High Court laid em­pha­sis on re­cov­er­ing miss­ing KDA di­rec­tor Jamil Baloch. The court passed these re­marks dur­ing a hear­ing con­cern­ing the pe­ti­tion for miss­ing KDA di­rec­tor Jamil Baloch. The hear­ing for the pe­ti­tion was heard by a two-mem­ber bench headed by Chief Jus­tice of Sindh High Court, Jus­tice Sa­j­jad Ali Shah.

In­spec­tor-Gen­eral Sindh A.D.Khawaja ap­peared be­fore the court and said that a case has been reg­is­tered re­gard­ing Jamil Baloch and there could be var­i­ous rea­sons for his dis­ap­pear­ance. Khawaja said in­ves­ti­ga­tions were go­ing on re­gard­ing the miss­ing KDA di­rec­tor. Dur­ing pro­ceed­ings, Rangers stated that Jamil Baloch was not be­ing held in any Rangers sec­tor and was not un­der Rangers’ cus­tody. The court post­poned fur­ther pro­ceed­ings till June 2 and or­dered Jamil Baloch to do more to lo­cate Jamil Baloch.
