DCO di­rects strict se­cu­rity mea­sures for for­eign­ers

District Co­or­di­na­tion Of­fi­cer Nadir Chatha has is­sued di­rec­tions for strict se­cu­rity mea­sures for for­eign­ers es­pe­cially Chi­nese En­gi­neers. He said that the govern­ment has is­sued di­rec­tions for se­cu­rity redalert dur­ing the cur­rent cir­cum­stances in the coun­try.

He said that the district govern­ment and po­lice were deput­ing ad­di­tional po­lice con­tin­gent at the res­i­dences and of­fices of for­eign­ers. The DCO ex­pressed these views while pre­sid­ing over a meet­ing at DCO of­fice here on Wed­nes­day.

He said that for­eigner ex­perts were ex­tend­ing ser­vices at var­i­ous projects and se­cu­rity of for­eign­ers was re­spon­si­bil­ity of the state. He said that district govern­ment was pro­vid­ing se­cu­rity to for­eign­ers. He di­rected the po­lice to con­sti­tute com­plete se­cu­rity plan of for­eign­ers es­pe­cially Chi­nese del­e­ga­tions dur­ing jour­ney.—
