11 outlaws held, weapons recovered
ISLAMABAD— Islamabad Police have arrested 11 outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered snatched items including a bike and car besides weapons from their possession, a police spokesman said.
According to details, a special team of Shahzad Town police station arrested three dacoits identified as Nawaz, Rafqat Ali and Irfan while a snatched bike and three 30 bore pistols along with ammunition were also recovered from their possession. Further investigation is underway from them.
Meanwhile, Sihala police team arrested three dacoits namely Ghulam Shabbir, Waqas and Tehseen Sultan and recovered three pistols from their possession.
On a tip off, Sub- Inspector Shafqat Mehmood from Karachi Company police along with police team arrested two accused Fazal and Umair Tauqeer and recovered one 30 bore pistol along with ammunition from their possession.
Khanna police arrested two Rahim Ullah and Hazrat Gahiand and recovered two 30 bore illicit pistols along with ammunition from their possession.
Secretariat police recovered a stolen car from the accused Wajid Ali. Cases have been registered against all the accused and further investigation is underway from them.— APP
