Bodybuilding Clubs have one month to submit affidavits
to reprise the same threat in Tests. As a result, he could only play 21 matches in 11 years.— AFP ISLAMABAD— Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation ( PBF) has given the deadline of one last month ( June) to the clubs for submission of affidavits to the federation mentioning that they won’t be using any illegal substance for rapid muscle- building of the bodybuilders.
Talking to APP, Sheikh Farooq Iqbal, President PBF, said from July 1 the deadline will be over for the clubs.
“Those clubs who will not submit the affidavits will be shut down or banned,” he said.
It may be mentioned that four national bodybuilders had passed away this year including Matloob Haider, Muhammad Rizwan, Humayun Khurram ( Mr Lahore, Mr Punjab, Mr Pakistan and South Asian Bodybuilding Championship 2016 gold medalist) and Hamid Ali ( Ex- Mr Punjab).
After that the PBF cancelled the registration of all bodybuilding clubs.— APP
