Future Hopes training camp kicks-off
MULTAN—Three-month free training camp “Future Hopes” for schoolchildren organized by District Table Tennis association (DTTA) have been kickedoff at District Sports Ground Gymnasium Hall.
Talking to media persons here on Wednesday president District Table Tennis Association Khawaja Hassan Wadood said that free training was being offered to schoolchildren including male and female.
He said that only two female students of Government Comprehensive School have responded so far while overall ten children including eight players of federation were participating in the camp initially.
He informed that they were sending reminder to various government and private schools for participation of children in the training camp.
He informed that national Table Tennis player Hafiz Zeeshan Haider was imparting training to children.
He said that the timing of the camp would be from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily while 8.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. during the month of Ramazan.
Khawaja said that table tennis players from various schools under-14 could participate in the camp. He said that an event would be organized at the end of the camp.—APP
