Nine out­laws held

IS­LAM­ABAD—Po­lice have ar­rested nine out­laws in­clud­ing three da­coits from var­i­ous ar­eas of the city and re­cov­ered 1.32 kilo­gram hashish, heroin and weapons from their pos­ses­sion, po­lice source said on Fri­day. He said that Tarnol po­lice ar­rested three da­coits in­clud­ing As­ghar Khan, Aneel Mush­taq, Na­jaf Shah and re­cov­ered a mo­tor­bike for hav­ing fake num­ber plate on it. These nabbed per­sons con­fessed to in­jure a per­son dur­ing a da­coity at­tempt in Tarnol area while po­lice re­cov­ered two mo­bile phones and other valu­ables from them.

They also con­fessed to strike at var­i­ous places of twin cities of Rawalpindi and Is­lam­abad and fur­ther in­ves­ti­ga­tion is un­der­way from them.—APP
