Stu­dents projects dis­played

ISLAMABAD—Fi­nal year stu­dents of Pak­istan In­sti­tute of Engi­neer­ing and Ap­plied Sciences (PIEAS) have dis­played their 34 prod­ucts re­lat­ing to elec­tron­ics, ther­mal hy­draulics, bio-med­i­cal and au­to­mo­tive engi­neer­ing at the in­sti­tute’s 4th ‘Open House’ ex­hi­bi­tion.

The Open House was or­gan­ised by PIEAS’ Of­fice of Research, In­no­va­tion and Com­mer­cial­iza­tion (ORIC) in col­lab­o­ra­tion with De­part­ment of Elec­tri­cal Engi­neer­ing and De­part­ment of Me­chan­i­cal Engi­neer­ing. Brief­ing me­dia men, Pak­istan Atomic En­ergy Com­mis­sion (PAEC) spokesman Shahid Riaz said 15 projects by BS Elec­tri­cal Engi­neer­ing stu­dents and 19 by BS Me­chan­i­cal Engi­neer­ing stu­dents were ex­hib­ited in the day-long ac­tiv­ity.—APP
