Pakistan Observer - - KARACHI CITY -

KARACHI—Administrator DHA Brig Zubair Ahmed inaugurated an artistically crafted “Unity Monument” erected outside Ayesha Masjid on Khayaban-eIttehad-Creek Avenue junction in a simple and graceful ceremony held at the venue.

A DHA official said on Tuesday that Kalma Tayyaba is inscribed in an abstract form on the innovatively made spherical structure of the monument designed by Architect Atif Osmani. If one looks at the magnificently made monument from one end, the word “Allah” is seen while from the other end going towards the mosque the word “Muhammad (PBUH)” becomes prominently visible.

The scripture crafted on the monument is an embodiment of the unity of Muslims of all schools of thought being undoubtedly the unanimous article of faith and the galvanizing spirit of the Ideology of Pakistan. The Administrator appreciated the members of the project team who completed the landmark monument with a spirited and dedicated approach—APP
