Pakistan Observer - - TWIN CITIES - CITY REPORTER

ISLAMABAD—Islamabad Police have decided to provide ‘Sehri and Iftari’ to police officials performing duties at pickets so that they may accomplish their responsibility in an efficient and effective manner.

According to an official source at Central Police Office of Islamabad, duty timings of Police officials have also been reduced upto eight hours so that they may perform well.

The sources said the IGP Islamabad has directed the concerned quaters that no laxity in facilitating the subordinates should be tolerated. It would help in improving the security and performance, he added.

All police officials have to remain alert especially at ‘Sehri and Iftari’ timings and also prayers and Taraveeh hours to ensure safety of the faithfuls.
