UC Browser announces Ramazan campaign
ISLAMABAD—UC Browser, a product of Alibaba Mobile Business Group, has announced that it will be kicking off a special campaign in the spirit of the month of Ramazan for Pakistani users. Part of the campaign will be Ramadan specific content, games and competitions. UC Browser, which recently attained a 400 million user base. It values its users’ religious aspirations and strives to offer highly localized content to its users.
A new update will be made available upon the beginning of Ramazan, which will be brim-filled with Ramadan goodies. UC Browser users will be able to apply new Ramadan themes to their browser home screen. Users will also find in their browser a new “Ramadan” card similar to the “Headlines” and “Sports” cards inside which Ramadan content will be published including daily Quranic quotes along with their translations, authentic Hadeeth, and other popular content related to auspicious month of Ramadan.
