Five for­eign na­tion­als ar­rested

NAWABSHAH—Dis­trict Po­lice ar­rested five for­eign na­tion­als dur­ing rou­tine pa­trolling. Jam­sahib Po­lice Sta­tion, Daur Po­lice Sta­tion, A-Sec­tion Po­lice Sta­tion and Air­port Po­lice Sta­tion ar­rested th­ese Afghan na­tions dur­ing pa­trolling on Satur­day.

The ar­rested ac­cused were iden­ti­fied as Akhtar Shah Pathan, Agha Khan Pathan, Ramzan Hus­sain, Al­lah Khan and Sameeul­lah son of Gul Za­man Pathan. The Po­lice said that the il­le­gal en­trants have no valid doc­u­ments, visa or Pass­port re­quired for en­try into Pak­istan. Re­spec­tive Po­lice sta­tions have reg­is­tered FIRs un­der Sec­tion 14 of the For­eigner Act and started in­ves­ti­ga­tion.

Sibi: The po­lice have ar­rested seven sus­pects dur­ing se­cu­rity op­er­a­tion in dif­fer­ent ar­eas of the dis­trict, on Satur­day. The po­lice of­fi­cials said that the Sibi po­lice launched crack­down against crim­i­nal mafia and ar­rested seven sus­pects from dif­fer­ent parts of the dis­trict.

“Fol­low­ing the in­struc­tions of high-ups, Sibi po­lice raided dif­fer­ent ar­eas of the dis­trict and took seven sus­pects wanted in dif­fer­ent cases into cus­tody,” they said. The ac­cused were shifted to po­lice sta­tion for in­ter­ro­ga­tion. Fur­ther probe was un­der­way.—APP
