‘KP govt fails to deliver’
FAISALABAD—Minister of the State for Water and Power and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Abid Sher Ali has said that PTI-led Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has utterly failed to deliver.
Talking to media persons on Sunday, he said that how could one expect any betterment from a government which failed to overcome the rats in the provincial capital and it seemed that rats had turned as Allah Almighty’s curse for KP rulers.
He said people of KP have attached much hopes with their rulers who after assuming the charge seem much active and committed to resolve the problems faced by their people and province but their all pledges exhausted within few months.
The minister said that even transgender were crying over violation of their rights, what else could expect from KP government.
Abid Sher Ali said he doesn’t take PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s claims and statements serious and they worth not more than a source of laughter to him.
Commenting over the death of youth due to police torture, he said the CPO has directed an inquiry into the incident and if any police official or personnel found involved would have to face strict punishment which could be termination from employment.
