BB mur­der case ad­journed till June 20

RAWALPINDI—The An­tiTer­ror­ism Court (ATC), on Tues­day ad­journed the hear­ing of Be­nazir Bhutto mur­der case till June 20 as the de­fence coun­sel Ma­lik Jawad Khalid has gone for per­form­ing Um­rah.

Ac­cord­ing to de­tails, In­spec­tor Ilyas as wit­ness ap­peared be­fore the court for cross ex­am­i­na­tion on be­ing sum­moned by the court. The of­fi­cial Pros­e­cu­tor Chaudary Azhar, for­mer CPO Saud Aziz, SP Khur­ram Shahzad were also present in the court.

The hear­ing was ad­journed till June 20, as de­fence coun­sel Ma­lik Jawad Khalid has gone to Saudi Ara­bia for per­form­ing Um­rah.—APP
