CWAs asked to take complaints of community seriously
ISLAMABAD—The Chairman OPF Board of Governors, Barrister Amjad Malik has asked the newly appointed Community Welfare Attaches (CWAs) to widen their public access and take complaints of community seriously. “You are best of best deputed kindly meet the expectations state and its people pin on you”, said Barrister Malik.
Addressing the newly appointed CWAs at his office, the Chairman asked the CWAs to serve the expatriates by utilizing their all efforts and courtesy should be their hall mark.
He observed that envoys must improve their complaint handling system and they should provide better customer services in their respective vicinity. He asked the CWAs to try to enhance the image of Pakistan and lure investment and services by role model initiatives.
The newly appointed CWAs expressed their resolve to serve Pakistani diaspora by utilizing their all expertise and energies.
Managing Director, OPF Habib Ur Rehman Khan and other members of the Board were also present on this occasion.
