CWAs asked to take com­plaints of com­mu­nity se­ri­ously

ISLAMABAD—The Chair­man OPF Board of Gover­nors, Bar­ris­ter Am­jad Ma­lik has asked the newly ap­pointed Com­mu­nity Wel­fare At­taches (CWAs) to widen their pub­lic ac­cess and take com­plaints of com­mu­nity se­ri­ously. “You are best of best de­puted kindly meet the ex­pec­ta­tions state and its peo­ple pin on you”, said Bar­ris­ter Ma­lik.

Ad­dress­ing the newly ap­pointed CWAs at his of­fice, the Chair­man asked the CWAs to serve the ex­pa­tri­ates by uti­liz­ing their all ef­forts and cour­tesy should be their hall mark.

He ob­served that en­voys must im­prove their com­plaint han­dling sys­tem and they should pro­vide bet­ter cus­tomer ser­vices in their re­spec­tive vicin­ity. He asked the CWAs to try to en­hance the im­age of Pak­istan and lure in­vest­ment and ser­vices by role model ini­tia­tives.

The newly ap­pointed CWAs ex­pressed their re­solve to serve Pak­istani di­as­pora by uti­liz­ing their all ex­per­tise and en­er­gies.

Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor, OPF Habib Ur Rehman Khan and other mem­bers of the Board were also present on this oc­ca­sion.
