Pru­dent govt poli­cies

ISLAMABAD— Spokesman to the Prime Min­is­ter Dr Mu­sadik Ma­lik has said the gov­ern­ment’s pru­dent poli­cies were go­ing in right di­rec­tion and yield­ing de­sired re­sult in strength­en­ing na­tional econ­omy and elim­i­na­tion of ter­ror­ism from the coun­try. “The gov­ern­ment has suc­cess­fully launched Zarb-e-Azb and Karachi op­er­a­tions and these op­er­a­tions helped in con­trol­ling ter­ror­ism in the coun­try,” he said in a pri­vate news chan­nel pro­gramme. Dr Mu­sadik said the op­er­a­tion Zarb-e-Azb had suc­cess­fully de­stroyed the ter­ror­ists’ net­work in the coun­try. Pak­istan se­cu­rity forces have ren­dered supreme sac­ri­fices in war against ter­ror­ism. He lauded the im­ple­men­ta­tion of Na­tional Ac­tion of Plan (NAP) and Na­tional Counter Ter­ror­ism Au­thor­ity (NACTA) in elim­i­na­tion of ter­ror­ism from the coun­try and said, sev­eral ac­cused were ar­rested in hate speeches.
