Pun­jab govt given bil­lion of ru­pees sub­sidy on flour: Aftab

ATTOCK—Fed­eral Min­is­ter for Parliamentary Af­fairs Sheikh Aftab Ah­mad has said that Pun­jab govt has given bil­lion of ru­pees sub­sidy to en­sure pro­vi­sion of flour, sugar, pulses and other items at sub­sidised rates dur­ing Ramzan-ul-Mubarik. He said this dur­ing his visit to Ramzan Sasta Bazar Attock.

He was ac­com­pa­nied by DCO Attock Rana Ak­bar Hayat, AC Syed Nazarat Ali, TMO Sar­dar Aftab Khan , SVP PML-N Saleem She­hzad , Tehsil Pres­i­dent PML-N Ghu­lam Sam­dani, Sheikh Aj­mal and Sheikh Nasir. Fed­eral Min­is­ter said that across the Pun­jab Ra­mazan Sasta Bazaars have been set up where all type of ed­i­bles are avail­able at sub­sidised and con­trolled rates.

He vis­ited all the stalls of the bazaar and lauded the ef­forts of Dis­trict and Tehsil Ad­min­is­tra­tion for ar­rang­ing this bazaar where ed­i­bles of good qual­ity are avail­able at con­trolled prices.
