check-up at the Har­ley Street Clinic.

Doc­tor David Lawrence from the Har­ley Street Clinic con­ducted a thor­ough med­i­cal check-up of PM Nawaz. Hos­pi­tal sources dis­closed that the Pak­istani Premier was closely fol­low­ing the in­struc­tions of the doc­tor.

Sources also dis­closed that the PM would go for an­other med­i­cal check-up within this week. Dur­ing his next med­i­cal check-up, the doc­tor is ex­pected to ad­vise the Prime Min­is­ter on whether he should travel or not.

Mean­while, Min­is­ter for In­for­ma­tion Per­vaiz Rashid and also Spe­cial As­sis­tant to the Prime Min­is­ter on For­eign Af­fairs, Tariq Fatemi. briefed Prime Min­is­ter Nawaz Sharif on mat­ters con­cern­ing the coun­try. In­dia, the sources privy to the sub­ject re­vealed to APP here on Sun­day. Pak­istan had for­mally sub­mit­ted its mem­ber­ship ap­pli­ca­tion on May 19, 2016 while In­dia ap­plied a week ear­lier, the day she had re­sumed nu­clear weapons test­ing af­ter twenty-four years in 1998.

The sources ex­pressed the hope that the group will strictly ad­here to the non-dis­crim­i­na­tory and un­bi­ased ap­proach while con­sid­er­ing grant of a ‘par­tic­i­pat­ing gov­ern­ment’ sta­tus to Pak­istan.
