KARACHI—The Lyari gang war, known for its no­to­ri­ety has as­sumed new di­men­sion by dis­clo­sure that it had a sep­a­rate wing op­er­ated by ladies gang­sters.

The shocking rev­e­la­tion was made in re­ports sur­fac­ing af­ter in­ves­ti­ga­tions on al­leged tar­get killer Naeem alias Lam­boo. He re­vealed that an­other gang­ster Qayyum Chin­gari’s sis­ter Sumera was in­volved in drug busi­ness, kid­nap­pings and killings.

She op­er­ated through one “Chacha Nawab” and had Rais Khan alias Jani, Chotu, and many oth­ers kid­napped through her agents, and got them killed for not pay­ing ran­som, or for op­pos­ing her.
