Six children of Governor House employees acquire SAP certification
KARACHI—Sindh Governor Dr.Ishrat ul Ebad Khan has said that SAP Certification is of utmost importance specially for our youth as it opens countless avenues for them in their professional life.
This he stated while addressing a SAP certificate distribution ceremony for the children of employees of Governor House, who completed the training organized by CIBA Consultancy.
Senior Minister for Education Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Senator Nihal Hashmi, Secretary of Education Fazal ullah Pechuhoo, Commissioner Karachi Aijaz Ahmed Khan, renowned Industrialists Sardar Yasin Malik and Mehtab Chawla were also present on the occasion.
Governor Sindh said that when employees of Governor House approached him for employment of their children they always requested for a job according to their own grade, the reason of which was that they were unable to afford expenses of quality higher and professional education for them.
Keeping in view their limited resources a SAP Certificate course was launched in collaboration with CIBA consultancy for their children which was absolutely free of cost, he added and said that the aim of this initiative was to enable them to acquire this highest professional certification to make their future bright.
He said that apart from 25 children of employees of Governor House as many as 256 students of Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University Lyari (BBSUL) have also been enrolled in a similar course which is also free of cost and would enable them to acquire jobs in reputed firms, after completion.
He said that a batch of children of employees of Governor House was also trained in media learning and many of the participants of the course have succeeded in getting jobs, in various media houses. He also thanked K-Electric for offering jobs for all 6 successful SAP trainees and said that a batch of 25 more employees children would be trained for SAP, while Sardar Yasin Malik had also announced to bear the expenses of another batch of 25 students.
Sindh Governor said that higher education was the right of every citizen and keeping in view the same not only existing universities were being equipped with all facilities but new higher education institutes were also being established so as to provide an opportunity to the youth to be able to enhance their knowledge in their field of interest..—APP
