Islamic social system essential for corruption free Pakistan
KARACHI—Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi Chief Engr. Naeem-ur-Rehman has said that establishment of a social system based on Islamic teachings is essential for a corruption free society. He expressed these views while addressing an Iftar dinner at Korangi Town area, said a statement on Tuesday.
He urged masses to take appropriate steps so as to keep themselves and their families away from the negative impacts of media.
The JI leader further said that the JI will never put poor citizens on the mercy of negative elements and will fight the case of the people on each and every level.
On the occasion, renowned local political and social personality Shamrez Awan announced to join the JI. —APP
