New industrial policy
PESHAWAR— Special Assistant to Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Industries, Abdul Karim Khan on Wednesday invited investors to take benefit from new industrial policy of the provincial government under which considerable privileges are being given to investors. Talking to a delegation of industrial section here at his office, he said the provincial government would give 25 per cent subsidy to investors on cost of land to be purchased for setting up of industry besides bearing 25 per cent of the electricity bill for initially three years. Abdul Karim said apart from these, the youth would be equipped with modern technical training to get jobs in industrial sector. He further said that a new industrial zone in Peshawar would be established.
