KARACHI—Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the Chairman of Pakistan People’s Party has expressed grief and anguish over the assassination of famous Qawwal Amjad Sabri in an ambush in Karachi.

Condemning the daylight murder of the Qawali maestro, PPP Chairman said that kidnapping of Awais Shah son of sitting Chief Justice of Sindh High Court and then the ghastly assassination of Amjad Sabri ‘were part of sinister conspiracy as both incidents appeared professionally organized by the terrorist elements and their sponsors’, he said in a statement issued on Wednesday by the Bilawal House Media Cell.

He expressed sympathies with the members of Sabri family and assured them the PPP government won’t spare the culprits involved in this brutal killing. He hoped that Police and other security agencies will ferret out the killers and bring them to book.
