A solution to pollution

Pakistan Observer - - OPINION - UNZA SHARF

Pollution is one of the major health hazards nowadays due to which several respiratory diseases are caused. The diseases have severe impact. A solution to it is tree plantation through which we can reduce pollution. Trees are nature’s answer for diminishing air pollution as well as reducing respiratory problems. According to the US Forest Service Scientist and Collaborators, the trees are saving more than 850 humans live per year and preventing 670,000 incidences of acute respiratory symptoms that’s all just by improving air quality.

Trees absorb odours and polluting gases like Nitrogen Oxide, Ammonia, Sulphur Dioxide and Ozone. So let’s make tree plantation our goal and not wait for the government to do so. Let’s just do that ourselves and save lives. —Via email
