Ha­keem Rasheed vis­its fam­ily of mar­tyred youth

SRI­NA­GAR—The All Par­ties Hur­riyet Con­fer­ence (APHC) leader and the Pres­i­dent of Jammu and Kash­mir Mus­lim Demo­cratic League, Ha­keem Ab­dul Rasheed, today, vis­ited Bem­ina and ex­pressed sym­pa­thy with the fam­ily of Sheikh Tan­veer Sul­tan who was re­cently killed by In­dian troops.

Hakim Ab­dul Rasheed, ac­com­pa­nied by Fa­rooq Ah­mad Butt and Gulzar Ah­mad, on the oc­ca­sion said due to the lin­ger­ing Kash­mir dis­pute there is no guar­an­tee of the safety of the life and prop­erty in Kash­mir.

He said the time has come for in­ter­na­tional or­ga­ni­za­tions to come for­ward and use their in­flu­ence and good of­fices to put pres­sure on In­dia to re­solve Kash­mir dis­pute in ac­cor­dance with the as­pi­ra­tions of Kash­miris.

Ha­keem Rashid said that un­til the peo­ple of the Kash­mir are not given their just po­lit­i­cal rights for bet­ter po­lit­i­cal fu­ture, the peace­ful move­ment will con­tinue.—KMS
