NPC to hold Yaum-e-Nazriya Pakistan programme
ISLAMABAD—The Nazriya Pakistan Council (NPC) is holding an exclusive program titled ‘Yaum-e-Nazriya Pakistan’ to highlight the significance of creation of Pakistan in the sacred night Lela-Tul Qadar, according to the Islamic calendar.
The program is being organized on 30th June 2016, at 4:30 PM at Aiwan-iQuaid, Fatima Jinnah Park, Islamabad, in collaboration with Milli Yekjehti Council.
To be presided over by Chairman NPC, Dr. Naeem Ghani, the event will see a galaxy of top brass of religious and political parties, parliamentarians, Govt. functionaries and scholars of international fame, participating in the proceedings.
The panel of Chief Guests to this high level event is comprised of Senator Raja Zafar Ul Haq, Mr. Liaqaqt Baloch, Senator Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidery, Special Advisor to the Prime Minister, Mr. Irfan Siddiqui, Allama Syed Sajid Naqvi and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Yousaf AlDervesh, President International Islamic University as guest of honor.
Also to express their views on this occasion are Pir Ibrahim Naqshbandi, Hafiz Akif Saeed, Allama Zia Ullah Shah Bukhari, Allama Amin Mashahdi, Mr. Saqib Akbar, Sahibzada Sultan Ahmad Ali, Pir Syed Mehfooz Mashahdi, Mr. Asif Luqman Qazi and Dr. Zafarullah Baig.
The idea of celebrating 27th Ramazan as Yaum-e-Naziya-e-Pakistan was floated by NPC in 2010 and was approved by the then government with a view to elaborate the point of heavenly blessings behind the creation of Pakistan as a true Muslim land. Special prayers will also be offered to express solidarity with the Arab world in connection with Al Quds Day.
