MQM lady par­lia­men­tar­ian’s car snatched

KARACHI—Mut­tahida Qaumi Move­ment (MQM) Mem­ber of Na­tional As­sem­bly (MNA) Kish­war Zahra’s car got snatched on Mon­day near the area of Gul­shan e Iqbal.

Zahra said that she was in Is­lam­abad; her driver was driv­ing the car when he was forced to stop and got her car snatched on gun­point near the area of Gul­shan e Iqbal.

She said that her car’s BCP 617 tracker had also been dis­abled. Zahra’s son in Karachi said that three un­known armed men ap­proached the car and snatched it on gun­point; how­ever they roamed about for quite some time with the driver and dis­abled the tracker mean­while. The sus­pects then dropped the driver and fled the scene.
