Pakistan Observer - - OPINION -

The youth play an important role in every country’s success. Many youngsters of Pakistan are concerned about their jobs due to defective employment system. In this corrupt system, the candidates, having degrees and qualification don’t get the job while those having influence and reference, get selected for the job. Visible injustice and unfair mean many graduates, masters, IT experts, engineers, doctor go to the foreign countries to set their future.

And because of the unemployment, Pakistan’s living standard is going down day by day. Youngsters who don’t get the job get depressed and go towards the negative activities. To reduce the rate of unemployment in Pakistan the Government should do proper planning. Education system of Pakistan should be well managed, job should be given on purely merit and should encourage the multinational companies to business in Pakistan. —Via email
