Im­ple­men­ta­tion re­port from CADD, CDA sought

IS­LAM­ABAD—The Sub­Com­mit­tee of Pub­lic Ac­counts Com­mit­tee (PAC) on Thurs­day sought im­ple­men­ta­tion re­port from Cap­i­tal Ad­min­is­tra­tion and De­vel­op­ment Divi­sion (CA&DD) and Cap­i­tal De­vel­op­ment Au­thor­ity (CDA) on its de­ci­sions with re­gard to re­cov­er­ies from dif­fer­ent de­fault­ers.

The com­mit­tee di­rected the sec­re­tary CA&DD and Chair­man CDA to sub­mit the im­ple­men­ta­tion re­port of re­cov­er­ies on de­ci­sions taken in the last meet­ing.

The com­mit­tee meet­ing, chaired by Shahida Akhter Ali, re­viewed the au­dit paras of CDA for the fis­cal year of 2010-11.

Dur­ing meet­ing, Sec­re­tary CA&DD Has­san Iqbal in­formed the com­mit­tee that CDA’s 12 de­part­ments com­pletely and 18 par­tially would work un­der the Metropoli­tan Cor­po­ra­tion of Is­lam­abad.

He said that Metropoli­tan Cor­po­ra­tion would now work un­der the Min­istry of In­te­rior and would be re­spon­si­ble to it.—APP the
