Pak­istan makes sig­nif­i­cant eco­nomic head­way

MIAN AR­SHAD IS­LAM­ABAD—The Am­bas­sador of Saudi Ara­bia, Ab­dul­lah Mar­zouk Al-Zahrani, Thurs­day, ob­served that Pak­istan had made sig­nif­i­cant eco­nomic head­way un­der the present Gov­ern­ment and that strong foun­da­tion has been laid for growth and de­vel­op­ment in fu­ture.

Talk­ing to Fi­nance Min­is­ter Ishaq Dar here, Saudi Am­bas­sador said that eco­nomic sta­bil­ity in the coun­try was a strong stim­u­lus for for­eign in­vest­ment. He wished the Min­is­ter and his team all suc­cess in their ef­forts for con­sol­i­dat­ing the eco­nomic achieve­ments made thus far Min­is­ter Dar ex­pressed his sat­is­fac­tion at the con­tin­ued bi­lat­eral co­op­er­a­tion be­tween the two brotherly coun­tries.

He said Saudi Ara­bia has been a great part­ner of Pak­istan in its quest for eco­nomic pros­per­ity and peace and de­vel­op­ment in the re­gion. Peo­ple of Pak­istan hold the brotherly coun­try of Saudi Ara­bia in high es­teem.
