LAHORE— Parliamentary Secretary for Information & Culture Rana Muhammad Arshad has said the Punjab Budget 2016-17 would bring a radical change in the life of common man besides ensuring prosperity to farmers. “The budget reflects aspirations of the masses as it is exemplary and revolutionary one,” he stated. Talking to party workers here on Friday, he said, all segments of society were covered in the budget. He said, the PML-N government believed in serving masses and solid steps were taken in the budget for welfare of people. He said mega Orange Line Metro Train project would help provide a modern mean of transportation to the citizens. He said Rs 56 billion for education sector was an ample proof of government seriousness towards promotion of education.
