Pass­ing out pa­rade of FC re­cruits held

PESHAWAR —The pass­ing out pa­rade of the re­cruits of 22nd batch of the Fron­tier Corps (FC) was held at FC Head­quar­ters Kalaya in Au­rakzai agency. A spokesman for Fron­tier Corps told that Colonel Faisal Ahmed Khan Com­man­dant Au­rakzai Scouts was chief guest on the oc­ca­sion.

Ad­dress­ing the pass­ing out pa­rade Col. Faisal said that “we are fac­ing men­ace of ter­ror­ism and mil­i­tancy and with the bless­ing of Allah Almighty and co­op­er­a­tion of the peo­ple, we are over­com­ing th­ese prob­lems with the pas­sage of each day.”

The FC jawans have to be alerted all the time keep­ing to fight­ing out the present day chal­lenges of ter­ror­ism and ex­trem­ism with their pro­fes­sional skill, he told the pass­ing out re­cruits. He said that new wings are be­ing raised in the FC to meet the in­ter­nal and ex­ter­nal chal­lenges and in­creas­ing ca­pac­ity build­ing of the para mil­i­tary force.

The Com­man­dant stressed upon the jawans to main­tain the spirit of self­less ser­vice, brav­ery, du­ti­ful­ness and pa­tri­o­tism which is the hall­mark of the FC. Ear­lier the Com­man­dant re­viewed the pass­ing out pa­rade and gave away tro­phies to the re­cruits show­ing dis­tinc­tion in the train­ing course.
